Training and support

At Greenstep we fully support our installation teams and will always assist with any general technical and material application issues.

We also accept requests for specific product or project support issues.

Within our manufacturing laboratories we also have qualified, experienced and technically skilled development personnel, who are able to assist with any individual product requirements – including the provision of bespoke colour matching.

Our training modules are supported by telephone, email or simply using visual reminder references such as the video found below.
